Installing the Super Cone Marine Rubber Fenders

Introduction

Super Cone Rubber Fenders are the 3rd generation product of cell type fender, with more reasonable structure, it is deflection can reach 72.5% to obtain high energy absorption and longer life span. They come in a wide range of standard sizes, can meet multi-berthing conditions.

                     

Installing Step:

1. Lift two hooks with steel wire rope, put the fender close to pre-built in bolts, then tighten bolts to two holes which are facing the lifting hooks;
   

2. Put the lifting belts through the gap between two legs of fender(load-bearing more than 1t), fasten the lifting belts(put one knot through anouther knot), use steel wire rope to lift another knot, in case of fender slipping;

3. Take the lifting hook off from fender, aim at all bolt holes, tighten all botls, then taken down lifting belts.
